These hydrocolloid patches are incredibly effective at drawing out impurities and reducing the size of pimples overnight. They stick well to the skin, staying in place without irritation, and are nearly invisible, making them perfect for daytime use as well. The 36-count pack provides plenty of patches to tackle those unexpected blemishes. If you're looking for a simple, no-fuss solution to cover and treat zits, Mighty Patch is definitely worth trying!"—Sean M.

A very highly helpful Amazon reviewer said: “This is the first time I've tried pimple patches and I was really skeptical they'd work like they say. Well they do. And they work very well. It's so satisfying to see the white gunk it pulls out of the pores start appearing on the patch a couple hours after wearing it! I haven't tried any other brands, I just got these because they were the cheapest and had good reviews. They work great and they STAY ON. I was so sure they'd peel off after a few hours. I am able to SHOWER with these on, put makeup over them, everything. They're only coming off when you want to remove them. Even after 24 hours they're still very sticking and it takes a little bit of effort to peel them off!
They work best on white heads, pimples in painful places too irritating to squeeze, pimples that are too sore to squeeze, deep pimples that when you squeeze nothing comes out. They DON'T work on black heads/sebaceous filaments. I was kind of bummed about that but. They do collect some gunk but they don't pull them out like a pore strip does.
I love them for when I have a bad pimple(s) and need to be somewhere the next day. By the time I take it off in the morning the pimple looks so much better, a lot less redness and much smaller and plus got the gunk out so it can start going away faster. They are basically undetectable when wearing them unless someone is up close. From a distance u can't see them. When wearing them they also cover up the pimple's redness so that's awesome. If you put concealer/foundation over them they're even more hidden.
Something that amazed me, on this one deep pimple I applied a patch to, as I was peeling off the patch I saw, as I peeled it up, a big "worm" of gunk it was pulling up with it. Like as i peeled it i was directly pulling the gunk right out of the pimple. Really satisfying to my weirdo brain. Only happened once but was really satisfying lol.
I usually leave mine on for 24+ hours just to make sure I get as much sebum out as i can but most of the time there'll be gunk on the patch within a couple hours. I still definitely prefer to pop and pick bc thats my addiction lmao but like I said I use these for certain pimples and they're awesome!! 5 stars and everyone should try them. They really DO work."—Bridgette

A very highly helpful Amazon reviewer said: “You need pimple patches. Listen, I can’t speak to your acne, but chances are if you’re reading this review you have some type of pimple that can be helped by pimple patches. I’ve tried 3 different brands, for your convenience, and these are my favorite. Matched in stickiness to CosRX (which are both better than Avarelle), tied for cost with Avarelle (.17/ea vs .12/ea for CosRX - although these are all in the budget bracket), most useful size options so you don’t get stuck with leftover awkward sizes, fastest to flatten and reduce pain for deep cysts, and BEST at bringing new pimples to a head and sucking the life out of them.
For background, I’ve been struggling with a year-long breakout, my skin only rebelling further with my attempts to rule in or out various causes. So, after one particularly bad reaction from yet another new product, I was back on the internet and read about pimple patches. Like I said, I’ve been going through 3 brands over the past several weeks as I continue to work out what’s causing all this to begin with. These have worked best on deep cystic pimples and new white heads that haven’t yet formed a head. If I get them early, some can be flattened (and therefore pain reduced) before they ever form a head (overnight in most cases). Even if it’s not gone completely by morning, it hurts substantially less and is easier to cover up. For others, I may have to wear a patch continuously (changing out as needed) over several days. I can wash my face and take a shower without these falling off! Luckily we’re all at home, or wearing masks when out these days. These are the most discrete, but I wouldn’t say any I’ve tried are coverable for actual in-person human interactions. My attached picture shows 2 patches and 1 make up covered healing pimple (more noticeable than the patches to me). I think the patches are perfectly fine on zoom/camera.
Now, if you’re anything like me (and you are, if you’re looking for pimple patches), you are also one of the lucky few (many?) whose anxiety manifests in picking, no matter how bad you know it is for you. That’s the absolute #1 benefit to pimple patches. When you feel the urge to pick, slap one of these on and LEAVE. IT. ALONE. Trust the patch and it’s mystical powers. This brand especially are the best at pulling out all that nasty stuff that you will try and try to squeeze but never fully get. You’ll see the patch turn white with satisfying success, and then (remember, I know you) you’ll go to change it out and think, “well, if the patch can pull THAT out I can just get the rest myself”. False. You won’t be able to, because you don’t have the voodoo pixie magic these patches do. You’ll try to squeeze and pinch and push, and once you’ve gotten your fix, just put another patch. The patch will forgive you, and just go right on healing that pimple in spite of you. Long story short (not very short), these are amazing.
I’m REALLY hoping to get my ish under control sometime soon. But, even if I do, I will absolutely keep these on hand for the inevitable day-before-a-(now nonexistent)-big-event pimple. They’re an absolute essential to any acne sufferer."—SW

A helpful Amazon reviewer said: “I love these little patches- whenever I have a breakout, I put them on the biggest pimples and it takes care of them (for the most part- bigger spots need a couple days of patches to get rid of them). There not as absorbent as the Mighty Patch, but they're also cheaper and they do a good job for their price!"—Maia Reynolds

A helpful Amazon reviewer said: “I've tried other brands that slide off at night. These stay on through anything. No irritation of the skin. Peel up easily, despite their good staying-power. They are more expensive than some other brands, but I'll be returning for more of these, and not buying other brands: worth it."—Amon E.

A highly helpful Amazon reviewer said: “Love these! I am actually very impressed. While these don't pull the gunk out, they heal the acne. I've used this a few different spots and it's worked every time. Most recently I used on a cystic pimple I could feel coming. It was still under the skin but sensitive and I could feel it. I put one of these guys on overnight and by morning the sensitivity was decreased. I repeated two more nights and now I can barely even feel it under the skin! All sensitivity is gone and it never even came to the surface. I found these stuck really well to my face overnight; I'm a chronic sleep flopper. I've used the cosrx patches and those would frequently fall off my face at night but these do not! Since they are clear I feel they are pretty unnoticeable, though I did only wear them at home. I also didn't feel them on my face which is a problem I've had with others. Between the actual dot and the lack of feeling the reaction of the ingredients I forgot I even had put them on.
I'm incredibly pleased with these and plan on using them for a long time!"—Brianna S
