You can decide to be happy or not be satisfied. But first, you must discover what happiness means to you. The dictionary defines happiness as “the satisfaction of physical and emotional needs or the joy of living in a favorable condition.”
In their quest for happiness, most people spend a great deal of time trying to please others. They want to be appreciated for all the good things they do and take pride in those things.
But have they ever thought about your happiness, they also have their own agenda, and when it comes to things like feelings, you are the one who should listen.
So what do you do?
1. Start creating joy in your life
